HBLR is extremely unreliable, NJ Transit will claim they are running on schedule through official channels and their alert app but trains will simply not show up or be late Signs on train platform and the trains themselves are frequently wrong or not on. Today waited for 45m while signage kept showing the south-bound trains for "blue" line should be arriving in so many minutes but 6+ "yellow" line trains went by instead. Had to choose between jumping on a train that might be miss-labeled or call for a car home. If you need to be somewhere important by a certain time don't expect HBLR to get you there.
