Why does UPS leave packages on my front steps which is located clearly on the street, where people walk by. Everyone knows what a MACYS box looks like with the big red star. Leaving this box on the street makes it very easy for anyone to steal STOP

We had a case where ups driver don't knock and packages go missing seconds later.. Macy's said someone sign.. on video you cleanly see ups signing it off himself.. bunch of crooks they have there working at this location!!! Drivers

On Saturday, December 30, 2019 they left a notice that they were here to deliver my package. I was home. I'm expected to pay for redeliver. In wheelchair, that was why I wanted it delivered. Need better services.
