Yes you can walk in and speak with personnel on the ground floor. You can't go upstairs to speak with casemanagers unless they permit it or you have an appointment.
You Must call for Appt. first to have a Walk In Appt. Also its a wait on the phone but eventually will answer. The whole System change since the Covid Virus
