The elevators and hallways smell like pot and the pitbulls are not allowed, but still here. If I wanted to live in the projects, I would have gone to the Bronx. 5k a month is absurd for this!

I had one of the most expensive rental apts with the most expensive parking spot, apt 17k and parking spot 350 indoor, none of that matters. You bother me about leaving my car in the unloading dock while I unload groceries, but they let the R.R Phantom sit in front for 2 days when the owner was just a visitor. Rules are rules. Many cases of this I witnessed. My acura was only 90k, guess it wasent expensive enough... I went somewhere where my hard earned money is appreciated, Queens, and never looked back...
