95 Horatio Street is a great apartment if you value having lots of space, having a quiet apartment, and friendly and responsive staff. As we know in NYC you have to compromise unless you’re at the very top. If you prioritize these things, the West Coast apartments might be a good fit for you. When it comes to living space, these apartments are among the largest you can find in West Village for the price and there is plenty of storage, too. The walls are thick so in my two years living here I heard my neighbors maybe 5 times total. It’s also a sleepy corner with very little traffic noise, either. Its location is right next to the Meatpacking District, too, if you’re looking for nightlife and shopping. The staff as a whole were great, I always had service requests handled quickly, and the doormen are friendly and look out for the residents. I had a great time here, and would recommend this place to anyone.

Yes, you can get a tour. We have an on-site leasing office that can show you available apartments. Drop by during our business hours, or schedule ahead of time with our leasing agent. Video tours are available by request.
You can apply online or visit our leasing office to fill out an application. To apply online, visit TFC.com. In addition to the TF Cornerstone application, you’ll need the following items: a copy of photo ID, a complete copy of a recent bank statement, three consecutive pay stubs, a landlord reference letter, a $20 fee for each applicant or guarantor, and in some cases income tax returns and a letter from CPA. Additional information may be required.
We accept payments online for first month’s rent and the required security deposit. You can pay using either an ACH transfer (no fee) or a credit card (fees apply).
Brokers are welcome but not required. Our no-fee apartments allow you to rent directly from our leasing office and avoid paying a broker fee. If you are visiting with a broker, we advise that you discuss any fees before your visit.
To qualify for an apartment, you usually need to make 45 times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet this requirement, you may need a guarantor. Guarantors usually need to make 75 times the monthly rent.
