I love the building! The location is perfect quiet neighborhood, near the river and Central Park. The staff is really friendly and so helpful. There are different common spaces, mostly available and they keep them clean.

I’ve been living in this building for over 3 years now and everyone who works here has always been so kind and helpful to me since day one. One staff member who really stands out to me over my years of living here is Thomas also known as Tom. He truly is the most amazing worker/handyman. Actually, the absolute best staff member I’ve ever came across living here. Anytime I see him, he always kindly greets me and whenever I have an issue in my unit he is always so quick to properly resolve any matter I have and in such a caring way. Thank you 606, for having someone like Tom working on your team. He really makes all the difference around here.

Yes, you can get a tour. We have an on-site leasing office that can show you available apartments. Drop by during our business hours, or schedule ahead of time with our leasing agent. Video tours are available by request.
You can apply online or visit our leasing office to fill out an application. To apply online, visit TFC.com. In addition to the TF Cornerstone application, you’ll need the following items: a copy of photo ID, a complete copy of a recent bank statement, three consecutive pay stubs, a landlord reference letter, a $20 fee for each applicant or guarantor, and in some cases income tax returns and a letter from CPA. Additional information may be required.
We accept payments online for first month’s rent and the required security deposit. You can pay using either an ACH transfer (no fee) or a credit card (fees apply).
Brokers are welcome but not required. Our no-fee apartments allow you to rent directly from our leasing office and avoid paying a broker fee. If you are visiting with a broker, we advise that you discuss any fees before your visit.
To qualify for an apartment, you usually need to make 45 times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet this requirement, you may need a guarantor. Guarantors usually need to make 75 times the monthly rent.
