Most items stocked well, staff always friendly and helpful, very fresh meats and dairy products, great bakery items. This store always has a beautiful floral department available as well, and clean restrooms are available if needed.

Shelves are bare on many items. Items that are being replaced with alternate brands are items you can get at the $1.25 store. Prices are skyrocketing. Your $25 bag of groceries are now $40, I guess you could say that for anywhere but Stop & Shop has the barest shelves. Also, the last hour prior to closing self checkout being manned by 1 person and 1 cashier who honestly is not the most friendliest person. They state supply chain and no one applying!? $12.50 starting rate, no wonder you can’t get employees to work, less than a mile away your competitor is paying $3 more an hour and their customer svc is open till closing, almost every register open with a bagger and stocked shelves. Stop & Shop has gone down hill in the last few years.

The Floral Manager needs to get off her phone and help customers. I just stood there waiting for ten minutes to get balloons for my sons birthday party and listened to her talk on what was clearly a personal phone call the entire time about how she needs to clean her house etc. She knew I was standing there but never said a word or told me she would be right with me. I ended up leaving and went elsewhere for balloons. Absolutely so unprofessional and terrible service!!!

Decent selection of prepared foods, canned goods, and dairy items. The produce is poor, with too many items less than fresh. Prices are high across the board.
