Construction renovations began 6 or 7 years. They told us it would be done in about a year or two. It's been 6/7 years now. The most recent project is the renovation of the lobby. They told us it would take a month or so. They ripped it apart and no progress since and it's been about 2 months since they did that. They haven't even made progress with installing a new working front door which has been a project in itself for 3 months now. The building is way too loud for the prices they want to charge for a building that has construction projects that are 7 years past due. Plenty of other places you can find

In addition to the TF Cornerstone application, you’ll need the following items: a copy of photo ID, a complete copy of a recent bank statement, three consecutive pay stubs, a landlord reference letter, a $20 fee for each applicant or guarantor, and in some cases income tax returns and a letter from CPA. We accept payments online for first month’s rent and the required security deposit. You can pay using either an ACH transfer (no fee) or a credit card (fees apply).
