General living experience is good. Have multiple issues with electric bill since the first month and thorough out the year and even after moved out. Ridiculous high bill even if I turn off the electric switch and no one is there. (During the argument, I provided the video of myself turning off the switch and the pictures of the electric meter reading) Being kick back and forth between octagon and conservice (electric bill provider), issue never got resolved. Now I am one month after the lease ends, issue not resolved. Will keep a monthly update to see when it gets resolved. 2 month update: Not resolved 3 month update: Too much hustle, giving up on this and stop updating. :(

The gym has pretty standard equipment for basic work-out sessions and cardio but no boxing equipment.
