5241 Center Blvd and TF Cornerstone are by far the best. My husband and I lived there for about 1 year and received the absolute fantastic treatment. The units are modern and stunning. But even more importantly the team at 5241 are second to none. Every person (Brian, Marvin, Vince, Shami and more) at the front desk and the package attendants knew our names and even our apartment number. Someone was available at any hour to help us if need be. The building is safe and secure and very well maintained. Maintenance addressed problems quickly (within 24 hours) and have an awesome leader, Junior. Junior loved our pup (and she went crazy for him) and even gave her treats at any passing. We loved our time at 5241 and only left due to relocating to the West Coast. My friends are even annoyed with how often I tell them to move over to LIC because of how awesome our experience was! We love and greatly miss our home at 5241!

They are standard size for a double bedroom. They fit a double bed and two bedside tables but they are not huge.

Yes, you can get a tour. Our leasing office, located at 5203 Center Blvd, can show you available apartments. Drop by during our business hours, or schedule ahead of time with our leasing agent. Video tours are available by request.
You can apply online or visit our leasing office to fill out an application. To apply online, visit centerblvdlic.com. In addition to the TF Cornerstone application, you’ll need the following items: a copy of photo ID, a complete copy of a recent bank statement, three consecutive pay stubs, a landlord reference letter, a $20 fee for each applicant or guarantor, and in some cases income tax returns and a letter from CPA. Additional information may be required.
We accept payments online for first month’s rent and the required security deposit. You can pay using either an ACH transfer (no fee) or a credit card (fees apply).
Brokers are welcome but not required. Our no-fee apartments allow you to rent directly from our leasing office and avoid paying a broker fee. If you are visiting with a broker, we advise that you discuss any fees before your visit.
To qualify for an apartment, you usually need to make 45 times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet this requirement, you may need a guarantor. Guarantors usually need to make 75 times the monthly rent.
5241 Center Blvd residents can opt-in to building amenities including a fitness center and gym, waterfront outdoor terrace, and lounge. The building also has a 24 hour doorman and bicycle storage.
