Ms. Crespo we take deposit for incidentals such as mini bar and parking. If you choose not to use any of the extra amenities in the hotels we refund the balance or the entirety within 24hours after you have check out. We ask you put all deposit be on credit cards and NOT debit card as debit cards take up to 5 days to refund to your account depending on your bank.
