On July 31,2019,I ordered 2 ornaments from amazon. One came on august 2,2019. The other was a swazorski,which I needed soon for a baby shower. The site showed a rocking horse inscribed "baby's first Christmas 2019". 10 days later,doing alot of leg work and calling all over I went to my local P.O. it arrived. Anxious to see it, I opened it and (not to my surprise)inscribed "baby's first Christmas 2018".I called amazon I was told it was a 3rd party seller. She gave me a phone #that had been d/c'd. She was rude and not concerned. I call back the man apologized,and told me to keep the 2018,and they will credit my account. He showed concern,understanding and effort. Though his gestures were admirable,for 10 days I just wanted my order and to know where it was. I can't use the one he said I could keep,His concern was admirable. Maybe he could educate others in sales/H/R.
