Yes, you do. If you are self-employed (eg. Uber, Lyft, etc.) you must pay your Estimated Taxes every quarter. Otherwise, you would be owing. Search Estimate Taxes on www.irs.gov to learn more. You can also search on YouTube as additional resources.
Go to the member service dept on the 3rd floor
Yes. Members entrance is 498 7th Ave. Employees entrance is on W36th st.
I dont have an idea
I really don't know I was accompanying my mom. Your best bet is to call them for accurate answers
Address
No, they do not. I think there are reps out there, but no specific location.
Unsure. Best bet is to call.
If you have 1199 insurance you can go on line and sign up at teladoc. Com there you would be able to make appointment
Member Services walk-in on the 3rd floor
Hi Nathan, You can request a pension estimate or apply for your pension online. Start at https://www.1199seiubenefits.org/news/pension-and-retirement-news/pension-online/ You can also get a better sense of how your particular pension plan works here: https://www.1199seiubenefits.org/funds-and-services/pension-and-retirement-benefits/ Personal counseling is also available by phone and in person at several locations: https://www.1199seiubenefits.org/contact-us/member-services-where-you-work-and-live/
Call the number I just listed speak to a representative explain everything your saying once they confirm your not a member ask them to send a email so you can submit that to Medicare. Medicare should be able to do a retro payment for the appointments seeing as it was no fault of your own.
Call the union or call at your organizer
You shouldn't. As long as you going back to the same facility. When you go back or before ask HR and your delegate. Sometimes the facility might not want to honor.
There r several depts.each with its own phone and fax #.i presume.
I know what you mean. I was entitled to Medicare Reimbursement, when I turned 65. Never got any communication by mail or phone. Until I applied, and was denied. Still pursing this matter. I may contact the Labor Department in New York
Call 330 W 42 st. And ask to speak to a union delegate for an appointment.
Once you become a manager your status change because managers are non Union. That's a hard question, you should go to the head office to solve that problem.
