I hope I can give a zero star as this BBB office is a joke! I complained to the BBB office about the Home Service Club who denied my claim for a condenser failure that was covered by the service agreement. However, BBB closed my complaint before the deadline without providing me with a chance to respond. I complained to BBB. A lady responded and promised to reopen the case, but later on asked me to send an e-mail to an account. The e-mail was sent 8 weeks, but no response, even not an acknowledgment. So, do not waste your time complaining to BBB. They are irrelevant. They collect money from businesses, and they already sleep with the businesses in the same bed a long time ago. Your complaint is a waste of your time. If you do not complain to them, these joke organizations will die by themselves as they become irrelevant.

All of these places need to do better at knowledge. Scammers are getting info put on these sites with fake reviews. So when you look up a company to see if its a scam, you will not know any difference.

A disgruntled, sick, obsessed, mentally ill woman named Angela Rosa that works for KINGS COUNTY FAMILY COURT in Brooklyn, New York called ACS on my Mother back in December of 2019. She used her access at family court to file a false ACS case. Family court is supposed to be used to help families. I believe and have proof that she has also done this to numerous families. A woman like that should not be employed if she is using her access at her job to make fake anonymous calls because she's mad. That is fraud. The case was closed as fast as it was opened because they didn't find anything and realized it was completely false. There are children out there that really need help and that are in danger. No one should be using access at their place of employment to harass families because of their sick obsession with them. This ACS worker wasted time on a case that was completely false when he could have been dealing with another child that really needed help at that time. Angela Rosa should be fired for doing what she did or suffer the consequences for abusing the system to harass children and families! Angela Rosa is a child predator and she needs to be stopped! Shame on KINGS COUNTY FAMILY COURT for employing a woman that's abusing the system to harass children and families!!
