I've noticed that some of McD's dinning rooms are open , however it appears to differ between franchises. As I travel quite a bit an I'm not sure of there regulations of what locations are open 100% or how it's dictated. The stores with playgrounds as well ( Jungle Gyms ) are some of the ones to have yet open all the way. Good Luck & Enjoy Safely 😉
