Small airport. Closes late and opens early. Not bad for 1 airline company. They have their pop machines and snack full which is nice because there is no place to eat.

Dickinson airport is one of the worst airport experiences I have ever had in my life, it is 9/10 chance you are delayed on the tarmac if I could do negative stars I would. There is always an issue with the plane or something or the equipment at the airport. Something is always broken and they just get away with being garbage. It’s worth the drive to Bismarck in a blizzard just to actually fly out as expected. I understand in life there is hiccups and not everything is perfect but I can honestly say I have never flown out of Dickinson with out some kind of issue or delay that to me seems avoidable with some decent planing on the airports side. All in all I would never recommend it to anyone traveling I would say to drive the hour and a half to Bismarck and actually make it to your destination on time.

What a nightmare. I guess this doesn’t speak to the airport itself, but more towards the staff at United. I normally don’t mind small airports but this was the worst airport experience I’ve had hands down. Lorena Villalobos, the United check-in employee maliciously prevented us from getting our bags on the plane because we were 3 minutes past the window. She denied us from seeing a supervisor and offered no help for our travel plans after consciously choosing to strand us in this rural airport. You could see she was genuinely satisfied after denying us on the flight. A power hungry employee I suppose. Fly to Bismarck if possible and avoid this place.
