I don't review that often, but it's very disappointing to come in past 1am, get told "breakfast until 0930", yet at 0915 there is practically nothing left, and there were guests just leaving who commented on how they were also having to go somewhere else to eat breakfast. Not because they ran out, but because they just stopped replenishing anything long before 0930. When I called them out on it, they said "well, it is 0930...". No, you're just unreasonably lazy and reneging on your commitment to your customers. They refused to put out more waffle mix, too, and only brought out more eggs because they happened to have some already made in the back. How lazy can you be to MAKE the eggs, but not be bothered to just bring them out?

Very nice, friendly, super clean hotel at a good price. It was a very quiet location and room, the bed was extra comfortable, temperature was easy to regulate. Great for a couple of weary travelers.

The room was clean however after the second day I had to ask if they would clean it and give us more towels and she looked at me like I was crazy! There was only one little bar of soap for my husband and I to share and it was gone after the second day. But the worst part for us was the breakfast! The first morning there was ham slices. No eggs. The second day there were eggs but no meat and the third day there was sausage and no egg's. I just thought that for a continental breakfast you could at least throw some eggs in with the ham or sausage I couldn't understand why one morning we would get meat and the next morning eggs no meat isn't breakfast supposed to be both of them? It was really weird and I've never had a continental breakfast like that

Had people partying all night had to complain twice when I called to get my situation resolved staff would not help. Will be calling Monday to speak to amanager not worth the $100 I paid after driving for 10 hours. Stay at the comfort inn with the Waterpark.
