This is the worst Hilton propping have been in. The staff here is so unprofessional, lazy and incompetent. This housekeeping upon request is getting real old. Even when requested the housekeeping staff states/argues “we cleaned that room yesterday. We have an infant and a toddler and two adults in the room so we fill up the tiny trash quite frequently. But how hard is it to clean the room every other day when we request it each time? I am checking out early and moving to another location. I will never stay at this property again. 200+/ night and they can’t clean the room. Wife had issues with the breakfast staff refusing to get more food stuffs when there was still 20 minutes till breakfast ended.

We really enjoyed this clean hotel. Staff were great! Nice breakfast and love the coffee and tea all day! Ice machine didn't work but front desk staff apologized and then a paying guest fixed it!!! Beds (queen) and sheets were very small so tough for hubby and i to share these smaller than normal beds and tiny little sheets. Great fluffy pillows and seemed very clean. I was sad that the HOT TUB STILL IS NOT FIXED because after reading other reviews it seems they do not ever plan to fix it. They should not list that as an amenity if it isn’t working.

Even though there was an issue with our original room, staff were quick to resolve it and made our stay very nice. Very nice room. Again, great staff.
