Waited at the counter for 6 minutes without any of the workers so much as acknowledging our presence. We ended up deciding to not wait any longer. A simple, "we'll be with you shortly." Would have been nice. A gal with a child standing up at the counter shared that she had been waiting a very long time for her order and she had only ordered Mac n' cheese and a biscuit. Being short handed does not make up for the complete lack of customer service.

We just went through the drive thru and the woman that was at the window register was deadass picking her nose and then wiped it on her shirt like it was no big deal. They didn't have all the chicken that is supposed to go in a family sized meal and none of them were wearing gloves or masks. They weren't wearing hair nets or beard nets. And there was a baby just sitting on the front counter in a car seat. The whole experience in the short few minutes we sat there was disgusting. We were not impressed with the service and we will not be coming back again. Ever. I certainly hope that the health department checks in on them cause there are definitely some violations that need correcting. They aren't following code or corporate policy. Tempted to make the call myself to corporate and the health department.

Most disappointing meal I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant! Waited 45 minutes for our food, after our order was given to someone else! Food was messy and sloppy! Horrible kitchen organization, and service!!
