The best way is to ask for it when making reservations. We didn't have a curtain on our booth, but the area of the restaurant we were in had the booths in a row. The way the booths are shaped and set up, when you are sitting in them you can't even see the people in the next booth. With the dim lightly, it's a very private, intimate setting. You will really enjoy it. As an FYI, the appetizers and desserts are the best part. The next time we go we'll probably skip the entree part. The entrees were very good, but the apps and desserts were hands down our favorite - don't skip out on them.
Didn't know they offered that as a service! But may want to call ahead and make a reservation and ask the hostess or whomever answers that question. I am sure they will do their best to accommodate you.
