Very poor management.. Friday morning went in to grab a breakfast sandwich before work went to wash my hands sinks did not work I went to the front stood and waited for over ten minutes with soap on my hands as Ronaldo looked and then looked away as he continued to play on his phone then was greeted by the friendliest worker there which was a female and asked if I needed something I explained to her the situation and she asked Ronaldo to go check out the sink’s and he replied I’m busy as he continued to stay on his phone the lady grab another young man worker in assistance to the mens bathroom to look at the sinks as she figured out the sinks batteries were dead and assisted me to the womens bathroom to wash my hands.. This being said makes me wonder how Ronaldo and other male employees washed there hands after using the bathroom.. disgusting and for Ronaldo needs to be fired for he is a very disrespectful manager would highly recommend driving right past this place I’m sure now four days later the sinks still don’t work

Workers need to do a better job of taking orders over the drive thru lane. Also hiring English speaking workers would definitely help. Very hard to understand, bad attitude, order is never correct. I've completely stopping going to this location

I never get the right order. Breakfast sandwiches without the egg, seriously? They're understaffed and takes at least 30 minutes in drive thru. While cook is smoking out side door. MCD should close this store down.

This review isn't about the fact that EVERY time you go here the line is 10 cars long and barely moving. This review is because today I was told to pull forward and they would bring the order out to me. I waited 15min for my 1 item, when I finally got tired of waiting and went in to get it I was treated like a burden. When I got in they hadn't even started my order and I could hear the older employee around the corner say 'just get him out of the store' when I was asking for it. I'm glad I grabbed my receipt, otherwise I have a feeling they would have denied me and I would've paid for nothing.
