Optometrist was great. Pre-tester was okay. I had a 10:45 AM appointment but wasn’t seen until 11:15. I had to get pre-tested again and see the optometrist again because something didn’t work in the testing. I was happy to leave the place at 12:20 AM not having enough time to buy my glasses. It’s like a mill. People running all over the place. They look like chickens with their heads cut off. I will not be back.

Annie and Carson from the Winter Garden store went above and beyond to help my daughter get her glasses in time to take her big test at school. They went through tons of orders to find hers ahead of schedule. We are so thankful for their amazing customer service!

After utilizing this location for the past several years this will be my last visit due to the lack of customer service from the associates. One of the associates tried rushing my mother to hurry up a pay because she had other customers waiting while I was outside getting my son from school…I don’t know if she thought we were going to pay,but she was not very pleasant during the interaction….when I returned to store there was no one waiting and they still had another 45 minutes before closing. Overall I find that the service has deteriorated dramatically over the past couple of years and choosing glasses is something that you need to be patient with.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!! Excellent service! Adriana was really nice, helpful and was very pleasant. She helped both me and my kids with finding the perfect frames. We love them! I'm so happy we choose to have our eye exams done at 3251 Daniels Road Suite 124 Winter Garden.
