Winter Garden Pizza you have some explaining to do! Your food has been horrible! Your kitchen & cooks need to do better! Your managers need more training! I have been eating here for yearsssss…it was our favorite place to eat as a family, but of lately it’s been not the best experience, especially with the food. We want our old Winter Garden back. I know there has been a change of hands per some of your staff and time is sometimes needed but you all should of had a game plan in regards to your staff and left the food alone.

Called 24 hours in advance (on Saturday evening) to order over $100 worth of pizzas for Sunday 5:00 pm pickup. Stopped by at noon on Sunday just to ensure they still had my order from previous night which they stated yes. Stopped by at 5 pm on Sunday to pick up the pizzas and 45 minutes later was still waiting for them to cook them. They said the person that took the order forgot to press submit in their system. Unbelievable.

Yes. There’s gluten free pasta and cauliflower crust pizza.
It's like every restaurant you wear your face mask while walking in the restaurant going to the restroom walking away from your table as longest you are sitting down you are able to take off your mask
I honestly don't think so and I'm not sure. I would call and check. Nothing better than getting it from the "horse's mouth ".

Not any more due to the high amount of people who eat there on the daily and the limited number of tables that they have.
