Buying an RV can be a process from hell...but not my experience at Independence RV. They advertise that they are highly rated and I can confirm that for this family owned business which has been sending RVs out the door for 50 years. From beginning to end I was tended to by Scott Hamilton, a most customer service-driven , non-pushy fine man who treated me with professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end. They made the transition over from coach to coach as easy as it can be. A company associate photographed me with my purchase. All in all, I was highly satisfied beyond expectations. We bought a used 5th wheel at Independence RV and from sales to service were treated like we bought one of their new high-end motor coaches. Malcolm worked after hours to let us come by to look at our new RV, never did we feel rushed or pressured. He went above and beyond, as did everyone, else to make sure we were 100% satisfied. From parts to service everyone we met was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone encouraged us to call anytime we had a question or concern even after the sale was completed. Just purchased a 2018 Dutch Star from Independence. The transaction was very smooth from start to finish. We needed various accommodations as we lived out of state and were transitioning from our house into full time RV living. The staff at Independence was happy to help in accommodating ALL of our needs from scheduling the inspection to the delayed delivery as well as several pre purchase repairs.
