Someone corporate or franchise has to know this restaurant is on its last leg. I work in food and have been short staffed to a skeleton crew but no one ever worked this slow. They couldn’t move and line of 5 cars in 20 minutes if their lives depended on it. The frosty tasted sour. Either expired milk or they aren’t cleaning their machines. Who ever is in charge needs to take a look around before they make people sick. How do you pass your health inspections?

I was there Saturday at 4 PM, sat in drive through line 25 minutes only to be told at the speaker that their system was down and they couldn't take any orders. Gave them one pass, back on Sunday noon, they would not honor Wendy's coupons and didn't have ANY frosty ( machine broken). Thought I was at McDonald's !!! This location should close until they have new management ! I'm done !!!

The food was good, hot, and prepared exactly how I asked. Good customer service too. But the dining room was closed, so I had to go through drive thru which was slow.

Why is this location still open??! We decided to visit on 4/26/22 @ 7:40pm. Why? Because for once, there wasn't a line wrapped around the building. Ordered 2 10pc chicken nugget meals. Total was $13.93. The hubby had a $20 and 3 ones. What did he do? Gave the girl $23.93 so he could receive $10 in change. All hell broke loose!! Aside from the simple math, you'd think the register would do the math. Uh-uh..She came back and tried to MAKE my hubby take the 3 ones back. He explained he wanted $10 back. She closed the window, stayed gone for a few moments, and came back with the incorrect amount!! When he AGAIN tried to explain, she accused him of not giving her $23.93! Are you kidding me?! So, after consulting with a "manager", she opens the window, hands my hubby $10 and slams the window like the hubby was wrong or offended HER! I understand employees are over-worked, under-paid, not appreciated. However, this does not excuse the lack of common sense, common courtesy, or just good ole fashioned politeness! If you're hungry and want the worst customer service ever - this is your place!
