Have ordered from the Sunnyside location twice in the past 10 days and both times a disaster. Last week over 30 minutes past quote on delivery time and watched driver on their "tracker" drive around with my pizza for 34 minutes before delivering a soggy pizza with burnt crust. Tonight he only drove around 20 minutes but delivered 2 pizzas that look like they've been dropped and kicked around before delivering. They weren't even brought to the door in a warming sleeve, he was just holding on to them. These pics show exactly what I saw as soon as I opened the boxes. Why am I paying a delivery fee for this? And tipping a horrible delivery driver? Actually, why am I paying for any of this??

I ordered at 1040pm, and didn't notice they estimated 2hours. Received it in about 1.5, driver was really nice, it was past close, and my food was still warm and edible. I was thinking I would be dissapointed, but they bettered my experience by being nice and not cancelling because it was late/busy/short staffed. Thanks

Order from this location with no problems until today. As I was eating my pizza I pull out a long light brown piece of hair. I called the store asking for a refund the woman said no one in our store has that hair color. I told her well it can’t be mine and it was baked into the pizza. They do not wear hair nets so of course it’s someone who works in there she was extremely rude. Why would I want a store credit when I will never order from this location ever again. Guess if you do you need to examine your food for hair before consuming.

Every time I order from this dominoes there's an issue. The last order I placed online I was given a 20 minute time of delivery. Shortly after the order was placed I received a call saying there were no drivers on hand and the order would be changed to pick up and it would take 45 min to an hour, but I could pay upon delivery. I get put on hold then a female picks up and says no the minor on the phone got it wrong I'd have to pay now over the phone or she'd have to delete the order....I understood the dilemma of being shortstaffed but there's a certain courtesy that should be extended when dealing with customers. I think this might be the last time I order from here. The young guy was polite though so thanks buddy!
