Hours say they close at 9PM and we ordered the pizza at 8PM and we never received the pizza or any updates saying they were closed or they couldn’t get to the pizza. The website tracker even updated from order received to order is being prepared. Absolutely ridiculous. I get if you were almost closed, but it was an hour before and no one told us anything. We waited an 2.5 hours with no updates and the website still said it was being made.

I was driving for door dash and had 2 orders to pick up. The first one they found, it was room temperature. They couldn't find the second order for over 30 minutes. They then made the order for a total of about an hour waiting for the food. The staff was great, said they were short on supplies.

This Pizza Hut is horrible. Multiple times they have made my order incorrectly. This last time I called them for a credit and their attitude was, "sorry 'bout your luck". They never have large pizzas available and don't even carry the full Pizza Hut menu. Service inside is about the same. Slow response, bad attitude, usually dirty. As a chain Pizza Hut is pretty good. This location doesn't deserve to be inside a lost truck stop.

Order said it was out for delivery, then ten minutes later I got a notification saying it was taken over by doordash. Breadsticks came burnt and uncut, the sauce that I paid 2 dollars extra for not with the order, and the pizza was not made properly.
