i've disliked haircuts my entire life. i walked into this place with hair below my shoulders and more split ends than a choose-your-own-adventure book, and now i have an absolutely adorable bob that has me feeling like an early 2000s romcom protagonist. heidi, the absolute legend, took all of my recommendations to heart and had no problem with going through most of the appointment in complete silence, which i actually really appreciated because i have the small talk skills of a cardboard box. i 100% plan to return to this location.

Just had my second appointment and am so happy with my experience! My stylist is currently fixing a bad haircut I had at another salon. Both visits she's listened to my wants but I also feel so comfortable putting the results in her hands. She has worked miracles on my hair and for the first time ever I think I've finally found a place I want to keep returning to!

Been a client here for 13 years, just started bringing my teenage daughter here as well. Made an appointment on March 2nd with my stylist. Showed up for my appointment today March 23rd after adjusting my work schedule so I could be here and “they don’t have me on the books”. Instead of fixing it and getting me in for my appointment before I leave on vacation in a week, they just say sorry we don’t know what happened but we can’t help you. Additionally they want to keep a credit card on file so they can charge you if you don’t show up to an appointment. I understand Covid caused salons to change and some clients to be no show/no calls, but the proper reaction is not to treat solid long term clients like crooks.

Want to start off by saying my stylist did a great job with my hair, so this is NOT directed towards her. I called a few weeks ago and asked what I should expect to pay for my hair to be done for a formal event: I asked very specifically for curls, a little less than half of my hair pinned back and no wash/blow-dry/cut. The girl on the phone said somewhere around $65. I said great, let’s get me scheduled in. Fast forward a few weeks, I’m finished with my appointment, and I go to pay. They charge me $100. Before tip. My appointment lasted less than 45 minutes, she curled it, and pinned about 20 pieces back. No wash, no blow-drying (this wasn’t expected, but just wanted to reinforce that I had none of this done), and they charged me a hundred freaking dollars?!? This was NOT an updo. The worst part is they told me how much it would be approximately when I called. Had it been over $75, I would HAVE NEVER MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I asked a few of my friends later that night at the event how much they paid for their actual updo’s, and they all paid around 50-60 bucks which INCLUDED getting their hair washed. I thought about coming here to get my hair colored in a few weeks, but forget that now. I don’t like shady business like this and feeling slighted.
