We actually had the same experience as Joan several months ago. It was not busy, there appeared to be an adequate number of servers, we weren't at a table that was hard to see. No one approached our table for at least 10 minutes. Then, the table next to us was seated and the server was there as soon as they were seated. I asked where her if there was a server assigned to our table. She said she would be happy to be our server, and from that point, she gave us excellant service.
While I clearly understand joins position,I wouldn,t consider saying never revisiting Bob Evens again.the service is good,but it needs to be excellent.the mngt needs to be aware of mornings meet and greet by a designated Hostess to seat you and you family or guest as quickly as possible in order to begin serving you the best Breakfast ever.I have visited the establishment quite a few times and also experienced no one to welcome use in.this is a mngt problem.good luck next time.
I have never had a problem with there servce.
Awww that's horrible...I love Bob Evans. They do get a little busy but the service is usually good and it picks up pace once you sit ...
