I meant to post this a while ago but kept forgetting. Anyways on June 15th we came here for a pickup order, they didn’t have it ready so I was gonna go get it then the guy ended up coming with us and didn’t have what we ordered. We had to get something different and ended up paying more and had to go through self checkout. The girl working there was very helpful and nice. We got it paid for she walked us down to pickup to make sure the other items were canceled. It seems every single time we come for an order, there’s a problem. Her and my son were talking about anime shows and she carried our stuff out for us because they were really big and hard to carry. She made sure we got them in the truck and strapped down properly. She was definitely a much needed friendly face to see. She said she had only been there about a month. I wish I knew her name but she was a tall girl with long hair, not super long but a lil past her shoulders I’d say. Keep her around!

Saturday July 2nd 2022 purchased a $3,000 mower from Lowe's in Camden Manager says they do not put gas in them can't he don't run had to spend $13 in the store just to get enough gas 2 quarts to load it onto my trailer how Frankie ever got to be a manager with his unprofessional attitude I don't know would not handle situation. Cashiers and customer service were great Sean the gentleman who helped me try to load it did a good job says he has to load 0 turn mowers by pushing them on the trailers looks to me like it's setting up for a lawsuit and somebody gets hurt

Got just what I need even though it wasn't my first choice! Tried calling to see if unit was actually available since it was the only one, in any store!! A waste of time!! 8 times waiting on hold until it finally disconnected and when someone did answer and I asked if they were a manager, they hung up on me! Went there and asked to speak to the store manager and finally after a bunch of checking around, they got the "paint department manager!" She was very nice, took me to the unit (was pulled out and setting on the floor in box) and got me help to get it in my car. However, when I pulled it out of box, big gash on side and frame somewhat bent! Gash does not show from inside/affect performance pulled frame so front fits nice! Unit performs perfectly and so quiet can't tell it's on! Amazing, compared to my other 12,000 btu units! And with a little adjustment, fits much better!

Good place to come when you need home improvement materials. Needed a replacement pulley belt and the employee was extremely helpful.Some prices are higher than Home Depot, but since HD is in Dover this is a closer option. Service is good but I have encountered poor service from mgmt, but corporate addressed it immediately.
