Beautiful place to live, most neighbors are super friendly. Clean area. Leasing office staff are wonderful. Very convenient location being only 3 mins from route 1 and 3 mins from Walmart. We’re in a 1 bed 1 bath.

I applied to these apartments a few month ago. I'm not sure what kind of discriminating screening process they are doing, but, how are you denied an apartment allegedly based on credit-but approved a loan to purchase a home..something just not right with this place..but thanks for the denial..now I have a home I own.

Let’s be realistic, final judgement shouldn’t be passed until after moving in. We have never been in a pandemic such as the current one. Walk in any store and you’ll see empty shelves due to supply & shipping delays. Businesses lost employees and in turn fell behind schedule. The staff has been amazing, excellent, overly friendly, and attempting to do the best they can under the current circumstances. I paid my deposit in April and was expecting to move in by July 1. It didn’t happen. Initially, it appeared contact was being initiated by the tenants. When calling the office, I spoke with a number of associates. It appears they experienced turnover during the course of the pandemic, just like everywhere else, and updates were not communicated at first. Construction is visibly progressing and communication is great. The staff are friendly when you call, able to answer all questions, and provide any information I have requested. Just like all of us, they are doing their best in a difficult time. They don’t have to provide discounts, so please don’t whine that they don’t support your organization. Try to buy a house in this economy...is anyone giving you a discount? No - you’re overpaying by 25%. We have all been inconvenienced to some degree. You’re all going to be okay in the end. Move-ins have started. The apartments look amazing! Just breathe.

Let me start by saying if I could rate this apartment complex a 0, I would. In April I paid my $300 deposit for a 1bd apartment that was scheduled to be completed by 1 August 2021. Because I had not heard from a leasing consultant in months, I decided to give them a call myself on Monday. I was informed that the 800 building would not be completed until mid-September. When was anyone going to notify tenants?? I was scheduled to move in 10 DAYS. No email, no phone call.. absolutely nothing. After receiving a generated email TODAY that my move in date was approaching, I decided to call the office again. After speaking with Tracy, the 800 building will not be finished until OCTOBER now. What happened to September??? And again, why weren’t tenants informed??? The lack of communication or regard for the well-being of tenants and their living arrangements is disturbing and speaks volumes about this company. Not to mention, they do not offer any military incentives although they are in close proximity to the base. Furthermore, they INCREASED the rent on their website without informing future tenants. When I sent the deposit the rent was 1250.. now it’s 1295?? I’d advise everyone looking for an apartment to stay away from The Reserve on East. Spend your money elsewhere.
