I wasn't pleased with the unnecessary attitude I received from the woman at the drive-thru this evening around 8:30. I have a job to do as well and I don't walk around with a stink attitude. Do your job or quit. All of that attitude for a cup of coffee. Go on somewhere with that foolishness.

I just got a coffee & food from here around noon on June 5. The food is great, pretty standard. I ordered an ice coffee and it came out hot…I’ve always drank ice coffee, even when it snows out, mistakes happen so I corrected it no problem. The girl who was making my coffee proceeded to bad mouth me saying I ordered hot coffee and that I’m lieing.. she was working in the back and she was loud enough to where I heard her in my car. So the entire store and kitchen easily heard her and I was pretty embarrassed even though I didn’t do anything wrong. The window worker (short blonde) was super nice and apologetic but whoever was in the back is a prime example of a toxic personality in the workplace. I’m very polite and understanding of restaurants since I’ve worked in the food industry before, and honestly I’ve never felt this disrespected at a restaurant before.

This place is AWESOME during the week--especially the early morning crew. They are always attentive, quick and extremely polite. The weekend crew does not mimic this. They seem to be slower and often times give me a hard time if my on the go order is not in on time, according to their standards--yet the Monday through Friday crew do not have an issue. I often get told that my on the go order should be in earlier so they can have it ready. I have two issues with this. First, the cell signal in this area is quite poor and it takes a while to go through. Second, I'm just curious if they give people who order at the drive thru a hard time, instead of through the app. It is not as if the employees know what they are ordering ahead of time. I really just do not appreciate getting flack for using the app, but not according to their time table. But the majority of the week, this is a great place to get a drink and a snack. The manager/owner is wonderful and really takes pride in what he is doing. Unfortunately, he cannot be there all of the time, which is when these issues tend to occur.

I ordered from them through door dash, the entire order was incorrectly delirvered, even though the receipt was correct on the bag. Coffee had no espresso shot or suger in it, the donuts were the wrong ones and there were missing items. I ttied to call 4 times and the 1 times an employee actually picked up she hung up on me when I said I have a problem with my order. So I drove 5 minutes to the store itself where my service was the same as delievery. They told me this stuff happens, even though it was only 2 donuts, 1 coffee toll and a coffee. It cost me $10 in total for delivery to my house and in the end I had to drive there in person, of I wanted that I would have gone there in the first place.
