Go to dmv dc. Go to pay tickets, it shows the link to dispute the ticket OR in the find after login type dispute ticket Either way you need the ticket number to fill the firm. Good luck
If it is a parking ticket use the online system. I give you no hope because the times I have tried even with photo evidence I have failed.
