Disappointing service and customer care. My hair stylist was rude and the hair cut was nothing like the style I asked for. I thought I would give the place another chance so I booked my appointment in advance - I get there and the same receptionist I talked to on the phone tells me they don’t have an appointment saved for me and I’m going to have to reschedule…. Needless to say I will not be rescheduling or make any more appointments.

I really wanted to like this spa since it’s conveniently located but I felt rushed and the lady that was blow drying my hair could use some customer service training.

I went with a coworker for her birthday and while she had a good experience, I did not. Their shorter facials were supposed to be 45 minutes but Ana (I believe was her name) finished mine within 25 minutes (I was out 35 minutes after, including using the bathroom and getting prepared). She made small talk throughout and I didn’t feel relaxed or refreshed. My coworker was relaxed and happy but broke out a lot the following week. When booking, they were friendly and able to accommodate what we wanted.
