I'm currently enduring the worst appliance delivery experience of my life. I purchased a clothes washer to replace a failed one and the delivery team arrived with one that was clearly very damaged. They left, canceled the order and never told me they were not going to reorder it. On top of it all, they didn't return all of the money for the order. After I discovered that I had no washer on order, I ordered a second one. The delivery team arrived and declared any number of excuses as to why they would not install it. They left taking the appliance with them without asking if they should just leave it for me to install myself, which I would have. As the owner of a DC based property management company and having bought countless appliances from Lowes, I can say this will be my final one forever. That is, if I ever get it since I can neither cancel the order or schedule the delivery.

As long as there is a ladder out and the window and window well have to be approved escape routes.
Depends Regular sand will be down in the last aisle in building materials by the contractors desk. Play sand will be the second to last Aisle in garden on the other end of the building. Coming in garden is to the left building materials to the right.

You might not need a machine to clean your couch, a can or two of tuff stuff should do the job with a bucket of warm water and a heavy duty sponge will make your couch look like new.

Yes they do. They use subcontractors. Only thing is, they use SC that are readily available. Any contractor worth their weight don't contract for Lowes or Home Depot. As a maintenance man, I have gone in behind these hacks to do repairs of New installations.
