Help please. This is 5 months since the Washignton DC Nigerian embassy people did the passport renewal process for I and others in California. I do not have my new passport after the money and trackable USPS envelope they took from me.

This is traumatic

I fell in this category too and called endlessly couldn't reach no one via the phone. just spoke with a friend whose family also had same issues and he said he spoke with someone at the embassy and they told him it would take about 6months for those passports to be processed. I'm sure that a big lie but they are just trying to cover there own negligence
