From library website: After you accept the Room Reservation policies: Choose a date, branch, room and time period for your booking.Include set-up and clean-up time in your time block.Enter your library card number and PIN.Enter the group name and booking title (name of your event) for your meeting.Read the paragraphs and check the boxes to confirm that you agree.Enter your credit card information and make sure that your booking information is correct; if not, use Back to correct. If it is correct, check the box for I have read and agree . . . Your meeting/conference room is booked! There is no approval required.You will be given a link and registration reference code to view the status of your booking.From the Manage My Room Reservations page, you may cancel your booking up to seven days from your reservation date. A full refund will be returned to your credit card by Paypal within three business days.
