You have five pages per day free. After that there is a cost of 15 cents per page. I think this policy applies to anybody that has a pgc library card, inclusively guests users

From the library website: All PGCMLS locations have black and white printers for public use. The cost per page is $.15 (first five pages are free). Once a customer prints from a public computer, the print job must be paid for and released within two hours. Print jobs will not be retrievable after two hours. At Hyattsville, Greenbelt, Spauldings, South Bowie and Oxon Hill, print release stations accept nickels, dimes, quarters, dollar bills and five dollar bills. All other PGCMLS branches take credit cards only.
