Yes, the book drop is located in the back where there is ample parking. It's the lower level of the library. Look for the silver drop box on the right, as you face the building.
You have five pages per day free. After that there is a cost of 15 cents per page. I think this policy applies to anybody that has a pgc library card, inclusively guests users
