BEWARE: if you lose your card you are told to contact customer service. Even after explaining the call to customer service was made and the card will arrive after benefits expire and asking if there’s any other way a new card can be obtained. I was told no 2x when I first called last Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon at around 2pm. Basically, benefits are lost-a total of one month benefits which feeds 2 children. I contacted a MD WIC Director in Baltimore who informed me the WIC Office can and should issue a new card so the current benefits aren’t lost. Instead, of offering the option to go by and collect a new card the Greenbelt wic office prefers for clients to lose their benefits! Prefers for YOUR children to go w/o food/supplements. This is wrong! So wrong in so many levels! The WIC director advised to go there personally to the office and request a new card which they already have!!! And if they do not give me a new card to contact her immediately. Families advocate for yourself! These services are there to assist you. Do not be bullied. If there is an issue re language barrier find a translator. Rmbr the name of the person you meet and spoke to. Unfortunately, I failed to ask for the name of the woman who answered the phone the two times I called last Thursday & Friday. Lesson learned. **** a few days after my review. I received a call from a wic manager in Rockland. He asked me to share my experience. Apologized and was reassured me that no one who loses a card will be denied a card again; therefore, putting their benefits at risk. Very thankful he/they took the time to hear my concerns and address them.****

Enrealidad very poor service are a rude seem his bag q q out what they give you !! It seems they know more q q The same doctor when enrealidad not have. Q idea what they are doing they overlook the recommen. Of the doctor and I think q if tu.pediatra says something is porq some reason there but she's with the sound of nutrition do not want to give anything!

I have never been to the office but I was thinking of moving and transferring my WIC but with these reviews I I will stay in my county. The WIC here is very professional and caring

contacting them by phone seems dang on near impossible currently been on hold for 35 minutes...but once you actually get to the center i haven't had any bad experiences
