Something has got to be done about this location. Packages are frequently being misplaced in addition to experiencing a myriad of mail delivery isues to my PO box. The latest incident was a package that arrived, was never logged, but the tracking indicated that the package was delivered to the parcel locker. The package was not delivered to the locker. I spoke with one of the supervisors, she claims the staff is "good." If this is fact, then why so many issues? There is one employee, Dee, at this location who works, and I mean works, tremendously hard and whose personality is consistently pleasant, not to mention that she is trustworthy. Reviews at this location are continuing to drop because staff has been allowed to mistreat customers and under perform. To make a long story short, I have escalated my issue outside of this post office. Customers are fed up. We demand good customer service!
