I need to know as well very unsatisfied
I've been living here for a year and the neighborhood is shifty. A lot of criminal activity and domestic violence on premises from residents. Police have been called to my street several times in the last few months for various reasons. Kids have played with fire alarm in my building several times since I've lived here.
Right and me coming home late it's hard-to-find find parking.. Sad gotta park on the other side from where I live
I previously lived on Franklin's Park for 2 years and never has any problem with mice or roaches because my appartment was always clean no dirty dishes in the sink, no food particles on the floor, I used raid to fumigate twice a week when am going out to prevent any creeping creature to find its way from my neighbors house to mine.
Call greenbelt city on them I found that out through a neighbor wen I had a problem with my AC unit they will get them a couple of days to fix it if they don’t they give them a fine...they came ASAP to fix problem....after being in my apartment last year for a month without AC with my son I was ready to sue they never provided no temporary fans or nothing I had to come out my pocket to buy them
I know I go to the gym at night and its always kids in there playing on the machine
My aot been vacant . no food or furniture and i have mice and roaches.. Maybe it depends on floor. Bottom units usually have all the bugs

Hi Beverly, if clearly I understand your concern. Do you really think some one some where will ever perfect this environment than we can collectively in our efforts so ? I don't really think so. The world is getting better today because we stop pointing at fingers to one another and possibly seat and find a way out. The EPA office of chemical safety and pollution prevention is in place to ensure the control of pest which means no where is free. We must acknowledge this simple fact. Can you independently show me a place without such pest issues? Franklin park community like any other apartment community is doing it best to ensure everyone living in the community feel the test of being at home. Pest should not push you to make such public pronouncements. If we fail to dispose waste on time from our apartment and they start to decay then we have just send a hand writing application for agent of mice to come visit. Properly indoors waste will stop your uninvited guests.

Don't ever move here, they will lie to you to get you in and then they are mice infested, they will lie on your rent they are running a scam on you, they are rated 0 in BBB and management change their name so you find it hard to sue them.
Hi Andrell, There should be a drop box outside if you would like to leave payment after hours. Otherwise, the resident service office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday is 10am to 5pm. Thank you.
It depends if your apt no rodents if your neighbors have rodents you might have some but it depends
Yes. All units are under the utilities umbrella. However, there's mice and sometimes roach issues.
The area is nice. Everything is walking distance to the community. The maintenance could be a whole lot better, but I have enjoyed living here for the past year. The schools are in the community.
