Wait for Dr Berg's answer. But I personally take fresh garlic for my heart and eat only organic fresh foods no sugars whatsoever unfortunately don't do intermittent fasting on low blood pressure. I used to drink apple cider vinegar with lemon moderately without causing tooth problems.
Dr Berg has some really informative videos on heart disease pulse rate blood pressure. And in the the comments section there is also information on how to contact him personally which I would recommend he is so wise and i would trust him over any other doctor tbh
