Sept. 2021: has three single-stream recycling bins (cans, cardboard et.) and one large glass recycling bin. :-)

Easy to access, just make sure you separate glass from everything else. :)

Convenient for the city of Alexandria Westend. Could use a bit more monitoring by the city to maintain and clean up.

Hi, do you take old unwearable clothing, things with holes or paint stains, etc. I know some place takes them for resale as rag content, but I can't find out who does that. thanks

Clothing is not accepted at the Recycling Dropoff Center on Whiting Street. Places that accept used clothing donations will generally try to recycle items that are not in good enough condition to sell. If you have a lot, you might try speaking to the manager about it.
