The staff are friendly, the doctors are caring and they take their time to answer your questions, they don’t rush you as other doctors do . I feel value as a person and a patient ….the waiting time is short. I live in VA for 3 years looking for a doctors and I finally found the right one! I am happy that I can take my kids here. Hi there! Your site is currently redirecting to GoDaddy landing page. From the previous experience it was not possible to make an appointment online, when the site was up it would ask you to call the phone number so that’s voicemail you have at the moment is misleading. Another big minus for me is that it is so hard to hear back from the doctor. You get a referral and test results back, use the portal to message provider and there is no response for a long time. So what is the best way to reach the doctor and follow up on the test results? Why doesn’t it feel like a dead end?

I just called to make an appointment. The female was very rude. As she asked me what insurance company I had, I told her to hold on, so I can double check the company name. As I do so, she states, “she doesn’t even know the name of the insurance company”. What was the point in that. I am honestly disappointed; I go to Dr. Lugo clinic because of how welcoming it use to make me feel. The front desk ladies have been working there for years, so this was very surprising. I asked her name and she hung up.

I booked an appointment for rapid Covid testing here like a week ago through there website. Today just two hours before my appointment, they called and informed they are gonna collect $195 for testing. That’s insane. I have provided my insurance information and they confirmed that they take my insurance. Rapid Covid testing is free everywhere and they are charging money. In there website they don’t mention it. And their customer service is unprofessional.
