I have watched dozens of Dr Berg's videos and would like to get started on the keto plan as I have been told I need knee surgery but I must first lose weight! I wish there was someone locally here in the Richmond, VA area that could help 1 on 1.

Dr. Berg offers a Keto Coach certification course on his website. I'll bet you can search for one of his coaches at drberg.com. Plus there are free downloads to get started with a keto meal plan, too! Lots of great info At drberg.com.
