I have called several times regarding my eligibility in order to schedule an appointment, and the phone just rings over and over until I get "Nobody is Available" recording. Served for over 30 yrs. and this is the "medical coverage" I've earned.

Mr. Hernandez, We apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching a staff member at the Glen Burnie VA Outpatient Clinic, but we just installed a new phone system and we are still working through some of the challenges that can present. To be eligible to schedule an appointment to see a VA provider, you first must apply for and be found eligible for VA health care. You can enroll for VA health care by visiting www.va.gov and clicking on "Apply now for VA health care." After you receive your confirmation that you are eligible for and have been enrolled for VA health care, please call 410-605-7333 to schedule your first VA primary care appointment. Thank you. There are many vets that call in as well as go there daily I would suggest if you can not get through to go up to speak to somebody
