I've had at least 3 packages stolen and a few others cut, sliced or torn on separate occasions. Also, had my pay statements withheld THREE weeks in a row during Covid in 2020. Had to switch to non-paper statements because of it, which I do not like.

I'm very sorry Miss Michele Smith for what you are going through with calling & not getting an answer! I know how frustrating that is! But rest assure this is not because of you. The phone rings from the time we open until the time we close & there's just not enough people, phones or time to handle each & every call. The best thing would probably be to come in & somebody would gladly help you with any concerns you have! I'm very sorry again your having such a hard time. Thank you!

Depends on weight and size. The biggest priority box flat rate is 18$. The envelope is about 8$

You have to go into the post office and take i believe 2 forms of id with you. This post office closes at 5pm

Yes... But make sure you do it through the correct site. You will have to establish a payment that costs no more than one dollar. If you asked to pay more then most likely you are on a scam site. Card payment it to prove your identity.

Take tracking info to the USPS. They can possibly stop it and have it sent back to you. If they can't stop it, contact the seller and have them watch for the returned package. Once they receive the package, they can resend it to you. You may have to pay for shipping again but at least you will get your package.

Give them your current address.

They are not allowed to give out the address to where someone moved, due to privacy issues. If your cousin moved less than a year ago, they can forward anything you send him.

I would say that the outside boxes also have a scheduled pick up time, they do not get emptied multiple times. The mail also goes from those boxes into the post office for sorting so probably did not go out to be delivered until at least Saturday. Not sure what those times are listed on the boxes but being that there is no mail on Sunday, depending where the mail is going, it should arrive today if local, tomorrow if not local & possibly after tomorrow if going long distance. I do not work for the post office, just assuming from mailing experience. NEVER USE THOSE boxes if the post office is open. I had mail sit in a box for over a week before, not there, but still crazy.

Yes! Mail cannot go out with no return address
