I'm very sorry Miss Michele Smith for what you are going through with calling & not getting an answer! I know how frustrating that is! But rest assure this is not because of you. The phone rings from the time we open until the time we close & there's just not enough people, phones or time to handle each & every call. The best thing would probably be to come in & somebody would gladly help you with any concerns you have! I'm very sorry again your having such a hard time. Thank you!
