Mr. Lawrence, We apologize that you are having a difficulty reaching a staff member at the Glen Burnie VA Outpatient Clinic. As a small community based outpatient clinic, many administrative functions are supported at other sites throughout the VA Maryland Health Care System to allow the clinic staff to focus their time working directly with the patients at the clinic. If you would like to make an appointment with your primary care provider at the Glen Burnie VA Outpatient Clinic, please call 410-605-7333. If you need to speak to a member of your treatment team, you can call the Telephone Care Line at 800-865-2441 and they can have a member of your treatment teach reach out to you. Thank you. VA Maryland Health Care System
I am surprised to see an answer directly from the V.A. on here. I usually just stop in at the G.B. V.A. outpatient facility, go to one of the windows and make appointments and/or leave messages for my doctors, nurses, etc. If you need a blood test or lab access, you can just walk in but do it in the morning around 0800 to 0900. (E.g., I have to do it a week before every [primary care] app't because of my diabetes.) Oh yes, be sure to bring your V.A. ID, or retirement ID, or your DD-214.
Thanks! Your answer is awaiting moderation.
